At Xaldryondrexir, we stand behind the quality of our packaging and shipping services. This policy outlines our commitments and the circumstances under which refunds or compensation may be provided.

Packaging Services

If you are unsatisfied with our packaging work, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your packaged items. We will:

  • Re-pack items at no additional charge if packaging does not meet agreed specifications
  • Provide a full refund for packaging services if the issue cannot be resolved
  • Cover any damages directly caused by improper packaging by our team

Shipping Services

For shipping-related issues, the following policies apply:

Delayed Deliveries

  • Express service delays may qualify for partial refund of shipping charges, subject to terms and conditions
  • Delays due to weather, customs, or other uncontrollable factors are not refundable
  • Standard shipping delays beyond 10 business days may qualify for investigation

Lost Packages

  • Packages confirmed lost may be compensated up to declared value or standard coverage, subject to investigation
  • Claims must be filed within 30 days of expected delivery date
  • Additional insurance claims are processed according to policy terms and conditions

Damaged Items

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection
  • Compensation subject to investigation and coverage limits

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled with full refund under the following conditions:

  • Before packaging work begins: Full refund
  • After packaging but before dispatch: Refund minus packaging costs
  • After dispatch: No refund for shipping charges

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or file a claim:

  • Contact our customer service team with your order reference
  • Provide details of the issue and any supporting documentation
  • Allow 5-7 business days for investigation and response
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days

Exclusions

Refunds and compensation are not available for:

  • Items damaged due to inadequate packaging provided by customer
  • Prohibited items that were shipped in violation of terms
  • Incorrect address information provided by customer
  • Refusal of delivery by recipient
  • Items seized by customs due to incorrect declarations
